Description

TX-Rail Solar Panels

The TX-Rail solar panels are based on the well-known TX modules for bimini and sprayhood, but have been expanded to include additional features. The panels are hung on the railing and can be extended using the TX-Risers if required.

The two-wing TX-Rail panels TX-Rail 22039 and RX-Rail 22052 have D-rings sewn onto the hinge.

The panels comes with two TX-Riser Twins for the extension function. The TX-Risers are fixed to the back of the panels using the LOXX elements. The panel can be completely folded up as usual with the TX-Risers installed. The TX-Risers only need to be removed again if the panel is to be laid out flat.

The panel is hung on the railing using the D-rings and the included snap hooks. First, the outer wing is pushed through above the lower wire rope and hooked onto the upper wire rope.

If the panel is to hang vertically on the railing, the two wings of the module are connected to each other with two LOXX on the lower textile edge so that it cannot swing due to waves or wind.

The module can be rised up with the TX-Risers as required. To do this, the LOXX on the lower textile edge are loosened and the inner wing of the module is raised until the TX-Riser falls onto the lower wire rope. The TX-Riser is fixed to the steel rope in the middle with the rubber band (see picture gallery).

The single-wing TX-Rail 12052 is hooked onto the eyelets with the enclosed screw hooks on the upper wire rope.

Two TX-Rail Mono are included with the module for the display function. The TX-Risers are fixed to the textile edge on the back of the modules with the LOXX elements. The module can also be used as a mobile module with the TX-Riser mounted as usual. To do this, the TX-Riser can be fixed to the textile edge on both sides with LOXX.

To display, the TX-Riser is loosened on one side of the textile edge. The panel is displayed by pushing the TX-Riser outwards and in the final position the TX-Riser is fixed to the lower wire rope with the rubber band - as shown in the gallery.

On all panels, the railing remains available as a handrail for the safety of the crew at all times!
When folded in, the railing can still be used to attach fenders when docking and unmooring or when locking.

The panels are equipped with 3m 2x2.5mm². The cable is led to the upper railing rope, on the support to the deck. The panel also comes with 10m of 2x2.5qmm cable and a waterproof coupling/plug pair to reach a deck feedthrough.
